Darjeeling Standard tea has brownish black appearance of the leaf with minimum golden tips. Not flavory, while the liquor is thick, smooth drinking with a deep amber color. Smooth to taste. There is a hint of astringency and a full-mouthed aftertaste.
Known worldwide as "The Champagne of Tea", Darjeeling tea is a celebration of our senses. Seldom does any other brew smell so wonderful and taste so satisfying. An underlying aroma stays with the connoisseur as a bouquet of tastes from sweet to muscatel unfolds with every sip of liquor. To some, it is the aftertaste which makes a great day.
Preferred Condiments: Sugar and Lemon/Milk can be added to taste.
